Arizona Food Allergy Alliance invites the food allergy community of Arizona to print our Restaurant Training Cards (CLICK HERE to access and print cards), and hand them out to managers at your favorite local establishments, and/or the head of cafeteria services or principal of your child(s) school. Simply talk to the head of cafeteria services and/or the Principal! It's easy! Just print the cards, ask for a manager, head of cafeteria services or principal... and hand them the card! The card has a few food allergy facts, and a link to the posters that are FREE to print, and a training video that is FREE to view! Once they hang the posters and have a manager view the training, they can come back and print the AFAA Food Aware signs we have!

2- Watch FAAN's Training Video. We recommend that at least one manager of the restaurant/head of cafeteria services at school - view the training semi-annually. However, it is ideal for all staff to view this 17 minute training video at least once a year. Consider watching this as part of a staff meeting, or directly upon hire.
